I basically only drink water and nothing else. I also don't smoke and don't plan to. being pretty much inactive pulled my age down too.<br />4. I never have time to exercise but I know I should. Exercising and eating more healthily would help me live longer.<br />5. When I change my diet and put that I exercise my age was pushed all the way up to 95.<br />6. I think so. I already know that I should eat healthily and exercise. It would make me feel better on a daily basis, not to mention look better, and it helps with stress.
